When I try to book a GMAT Online on the MBA platform from my account the following message appears:

Your profile missed below fields for online GMAT exam
Gender,Country of Citizenship
"
Whereas all those information are correct in my "personal information" section.
I have already talked with the customer service and they are not able to help me.
They have also a problem with the system and so, they are not able to book me an appointment (exam) on the phone.
Anyone experiencing it?
Any solution?

On the first day of online registration, I encountered the same issue about the country code of my phone number. Now, I can proceed without any issues.
You probably need to (1) Re-type the same information into the fields. (2) Wait a day or two for the update to commit.
