A point of note. If you ever apply to PhD programs and they have not received the official test scores by the deadline, then some of these programs will NOT consider your application. Presumably here you are referring to MBA programs that may have different preferences.

The safest approach would be to send whatever scores you have. If the programs do not receive any scores, then your application package is incomplete, which would leave your application at risk.
