Hi guys,
Uploading my issue here cause customer service did not really help and I am freaking out. Mostly my fault tho.
1. Mr.Softy (microsoft) decided to send me an update reminder. It froze my computer and the clock was ticking. I saw the camera was still recording so I made signs and shouted for some help. No one answered me. So I shut down my computer and started the test again. Explained the situation for the proctor, and then she let me move on with my test. So I guess this is fine, but please give some thoughts
2. I accidentally mumbled during my exam and they gave me a case ticket for that. Will this cancel my score, ban me? What could be the consequence? Has anyone been in the same situation?
3. I got worse lol. I forgot to show my whiteboard during my break. Well to be fair, the proctor made a ticket/case for me so after that was done, my break was over so I didnt have a chance to show my board. After finishing the exam, oh well, I forgot to show my whiteboard again. So...what could be the consequence of this?
Will they notify my schools? or Prevent me from taking Gmat again?

Hey!
As for the first point, if you shouted and made sure that you communicate the issue to the camera, Pearson VUE can always look at the recording again, so don't worry about that.
I faced the issue similar to the one mentioned in the first point, and I got my results fine, without any hassle.
As for notifying the issue to the schools, I think it's highly unlikely that Pearson will do that. I'll suggest you reach out to Pearson if you don't get your results in a week.

Thank you for your response! I agreed with your point! I am more worried about the second and third point. I contacted their customer service but they didnt do any help. They didnt really give me an answer or anything.
