apurvag95 - I'm truly sorry to hear about the difficulties and confusion you've been experiencing with your GMAT exams. It must be incredibly frustrating to face these challenges, especially after putting in so much effort and dedication.

While we have seen instances of exams being cancelled for various reasons, including the current global situation, it is unusual for GMAC to prevent reattempts without providing clear explanations. In most cases, GMAC does allow candidates to reattempt the GMAT, unless there are specific and significant reasons not to. Note, most of these students (those who are gritty) end up with higher scores.

Given the situation you've described, it would be helpful to understand more about the correspondence you've received from GMAC. Could you please provide details of their communications regarding the cancellation of your scores and the denial of your reattempt? This might include any emails, letters, or other forms of communication where they've explained their decision. Having this information would enable us to better understand your situation and possibly offer more specific advice or guidance.

They just mentioned that they cannot provide any further reasons, which is very surprising -

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to the Graduate Management Admission Council (“GMAC”) regarding your score cancellation.

We are strongly committed to ensuring the integrity of the GMAT(TM) Online Exam, and a large part of this involves confidential and proprietary test security measures. While we understand your desire to know more about the particulars of this matter, we cannot disclose information that may hinder our ability to evaluate, investigate, and determine scores in future cases.

Our authority to make the decision to cancel your score is firmly grounded in the GMAT(TM) Online Policies and Procedures, which allows us to cancel or withhold any scores when, in our judgment, there is a good faith basis to question the validity of a score for any reason. https://www.mba.com/exams/gmat-online/g ... mat-online

After my offline exam was cancelled, I asked them to provide me with an opportunity to give it online and that I will maintain utmost honesty like before, however then as well I did not receive any help -

Our partners at Pearson VUE can best assist you with issues related to rescheduling the GMAT Test Center exam appointment. Please contact GMAT Customer Service for your region by phone, email, or chat for assistance on this matter. Phone and email contact details can be found here.

We encourage you to contact GMAT Customer Service directly. GMAC will not be able to provide further assistance.

I did call th helpine number but after placing my call on hold for 1 hour, they did not pick it up!

I am sorry :(

Are you saying they are not even letting you take it at a test center? Did 16 days pass between the online test and the scheduled test center test?
