I'm writing my GMAT on October 10, 2019. I am also writing GRE on October 22, 2019. I wish to apply for MS in Business Analytics for Fall 202 batch. Both Pearson and ETS allow the scores to be sent to upto 5 schools. Since I'm writing GMAT before GRE, and I get a better score in GRE as compared to GMAT, will a particular school consider my best score out of the two, or will it reject the application altogether as I've submitted both GRE and GMAT scores?

Both GMAT and GRE are generally accepted by Schools. But to be sure you need to check with respective Universities admissions requirement. See Heinz College of CMU, one of the top schools for analytics program accepts both. https://www.heinz.cmu.edu/admissions/in ... anagement/
To answer your question, School will look at that score with which you apply/ mention in your application. So don't worry about it.
