I'm writing my GMAT on October 10, 2019. I am also writing GRE on October 22, 2019. I wish to apply for MS in Business Analytics for Fall 202 batch. Both Pearson and ETS allow the scores to be sent to upto 5 schools. Since I'm writing GMAT before GRE, and I get a better score in GRE as compared to GMAT, will a particular school consider my best score out of the two, or will it reject the application altogether as I've submitted both GRE and GMAT scores?

No. They will never reject the application because you’ve submitted both scores.
However, you can go through their acceptance rate of admissions via GMAT & GRE from the college website you’re targeting and prepare accordingly.
In my opinion, GRE is preferred for majority of colleges

All the best

Hi ayushm, how did the scores come out?
In response to your query, almost all major schools accept both scores, so you should apply with the higher score. Also, do make a note that some prominent schools like NYU do not have a mandatory GMAT/GRE requirement for their Business Analytics programs , so you would need to highlight your quantitative aptitude through other means (Maybe a project or internship).
