Hi, I can't buy GMAT Pad from the country I reside in. It would take at least a month to ship it here. So I will experience the pen and the pad for the first time in the exam. Is it possible to have two sheets of paper or whatever it is in front of you at the same time using the pad ?

No, the only tool provided to you during the exam is the pad and the pen for writing on the pad. You can use your fingers to erase the pad.

I would also browse the internet by googling the phrase: "GMAT Scratch Pad". There are many different retailers, and one may ship to your location.
If not, I would purchase Vis a Vis wet erase pens (Make sure not to purchase dry erase pens as they are different - I would also recommend purchasing more than 1, maybe a 5 pack). When you do that, you can purchase some overhead trasparencies and tape these to cardboard, or to printer paper (to give a white background) to make your own scratch pad.
So you need wet erase pens and a white board or overhead transparencies. I'm sure someone will ship these items to your location!
