Dont know if someone is till bothered with a similar problem of how to reset the question pack/exam pack 1.

I followed the following steps:

1> Go to C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\GMATPrep\Local Store

2> Exit the GMATPrep Application

3> Rename the "GMATPrep" folder to "GMATPrep_OLD".

4> Restart your GMATPREP software.

The above steps will completely reset your software and you will have to download question pack 1 and exam pack 1 files again from your MBA.com profile (under "my product purchases"). You do not have to pay again though.

I had the same problem here, tried to search in the internet and found nothing.
The good news is that I've just found the way to reset, only to reinstall the gmatprep software and the questions will be all reset !!!

BUMP!!!

I believe re-installing would reset everything (Practice Qs & GMATPrep Exams). Suppose I just want to reset the practice Qs (i.e. Free 90 Qs + Question Pack 1) and not the GMATPrep Exams, then is there any way to do it? Btw I'm using a Mac.

For example, it's really easy to delete the sessions on Wiley (i.e. online OG Qs), that unlocks the previously answered Qs allowing them to be included in future sessions.

Thanks!
