In addition to great suggestions above you can take my 1 cent as well. The questions that matter in GMAT preparation are the official questions(only) and You have an excellent consolidation of 4000 Official verbal questions and 3700 official quant questions

Hey !

So after all considerations, I have decided to take GMAT exam in 2-2.5 months. I took the veritas prep mock CAT and scored a 480 :( I have planned the following for the coming 8 weeks:

Week 1 and 2 : Finish MGMAT series along with questions from OG, Quant review and Verbal review.
Take another mock after this.
Week 3 : Practice questions of mid level and 600- 700 level from GMAT club . At the end of the week , give another mock and analyse.
Week 4 on wards : Buy MGMAT online test ready series and keep appearing for mocks.

Do you think this plan would work.

PS: I do have the whole day to myself. So i can study for 8 hrs each day.
You have a brilliant idea of studying, I will also try to follow it. All the best for the exam!!!

Few pointers:-

1) Get your basics down cold! You cannot afford to get easy questions wrong.
2) Practice will help you overcome your problems. You will not get success free of cost on a plater. You will not only have to get your basics right but also have to practice lots of questions of ALL question types and review your mistakes again and again until you perfect yourself.
3) You have developed a study plan but follow it religiously. Self-discipline is key to success.
4) Continuity of practice is very important to improve your timing and solving GMAT questions as your second nature.
5) Improve your reading skills. Improve your focus and attention span.

Last but not least, ask yourself, what else you can do to see improvements in your scores.

All the best!
