The people above me have already mentioned this, but I just want to chime in by saying that you'd be making it hard for yourself by starting with the OG. It simply does not teach you how to solve GMAT questions. Try something like the Manhattan books instead.

Hi Zankhit4,

Regarding resources, in addition to seeking advice in this thread, take a look at the GMAT Club reviews for the best quant and verbal courses, and also read through some GMAT success stories to see what materials have worked well for other test-takers.

You also may find it helpful to read this article about how to score a 700+ on the GMAT.

Good luck!

Thank you all for your genuine reply. Truely appreciate it. Will follow the link and advices given by you all.

As far as my goals are concerned, I am looking for a score anywhere around 700. I would like to pursue a 1 year MBA course as I have 6 years of work experience.

Hi zankhit4,

Depending on the specific Programs that you want to apply to, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:

https://gmatclub.com/forum/ask-admissio ... tants-124/

If you are planning to apply sometime soon, then you will want to be really efficient with your study time going forward. As such, I want to reiterate how important it is to take that initial practice CAT/mock sometime soon (perhaps this weekend). Once we have better defined your current skills, strengths and weaknesses, the sooner we can put together a proper Study Plan to help you hit your Score Goal.

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich
