Many GMATers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so a planned Test Date in April is a good choice (assuming that you can commit to a consistent study routine for the next several months). Your initial CAT Score is also solid (the Average Score on the Official GMAT hovers around 550 most years) - but you will clearly have to make some significant improvements to how you handle BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections before you can get to the point that you can consistently score in the 700s.
