Hi Revisore61790,

To start, you are allowed to take the GMAT again after 16 days (not 60), but no more than 5 times in a rolling-year period. To answer your question - YES, you can reinstate any older score that you previously cancelled (for a one-time fee of $100).

1) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
2) What is your goal score?

EMPOWERgmatRichC , 60 days is the timeframe within which you can reinstate a cancelled score and as such the OP did not mean that 60 days is the timeframe between 2 GMAT attempts.

Hi Engr2012,

Yes, I see that now. The 'cadence' of the original sentence struck me as odd (and the numbers 16 and 60 are so similar 'phonetically' that I thought the original poster has mis-typed or misunderstood the Testing restrictions). Suffice to say, the answer to the question about reinstating a cancelled score is the same.

GMAC has a webinar/call today where they said they will remove the 60-day window for reinstating canceled scores as of today, so you can reinstate your scores now or later or never.... They also announced that Exam Pack 2 is coming on March 21st. QP 2 also coming but in second half of 2016. Stay tuned.

Good Luck!

bb , thank you for providing this information. GMAC is definitely working towards making the GMAT process more straightforward than before and more official questions/mocks will go a long way in providing high quality questions to practice before the GMAT.

EMPOWERgmatRichC , thank you for your reply. It seems that GMAC wants to reduce GMAT related anxiety for the test takers by introducing these changes as and when these changes go live.
