Hi,

I was scheduled to take my GMAT FE on 16th, but yesterday afternoon i received an email saying i need to reschedule and now i have received an email saying i requested a cancellation so a fee will be charged and my appointment has been cancelled. what should i do about this?

One thing that may help a bit (in case you haven't already) is sending GMAC customer support a screenshot of the email you received "saying i need to reschedule".
