From what you're asking, I assume that you took the At-home version of the GMAT. Most Test-takers receive their Official Scores from that Exam within 7 days (but sometimes it takes longer).
Many Business Schools are 'flexible' when it comes to receiving the Official Score Report (as long as you have the rest of your application in on time). As such, since you can't realistically impact WHEN you will receive your Official Score, you CAN reach out to the Schools that you plan to apply to and explain your situation (re: you took the GMAT, but have not received your Scores yet). It's likely that the School would still have you send in your application with the understanding that you will forward your Official GMAT Score once that Score becomes available.
