Hello,

I'm a 22-year-old, female. I'm Turkish and I have recently graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Management Engineering program with a 3.20 GPA.
Recently I got accepted in Polıtecnico di Milano for Masters in Management Engineering. But the school I really really want is HWR Berlin. Their International Marketing Program requires a GMAT min 600 and today I got into the exam and get a 600 (Q:48, V:24) in GMAT. I was wondering if I should retake the exam? Or applying with the minimum GMAT Score they want would enough get in?

Further information about my background:
-IELTS: 7.5
-Currently working as a Growth Hacker in a technology start-up based on Virtual Try-On technology
-1 year of internship in Content Marketing
-An additional 1 year as a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist in an agency.
-A graduation thesıs on Blockchain and another thesis on gender inequality.
-University activities:
-2 years in an organizing committee at business conferences.
-Editor of a yearly magazine published by my department.

This is all I can remember right now. Do you think I should retake the GMAT?
This decision is so important for me since I live in Turkey and the exchange rate for dollars is quite high so I just can say let me try again if it is not really necessary.

Your 600-score GMAT is meet the criteria for the school you want. But I see it's imbalance so much between Quant and Verbal. In my opinion, I think you should improve your Verbal score.

With IELTS score of 7.5, you should be able to increase your verbal section score higher, which will result in 600+ GMAT score as well.

Plan to spend about 2 months dedicating to GMAT verbal, and you should have a real shot in re-take.

Good luck!

Hi, you have the minimum required score for the school. So, if you work on application with good SOP and strong LOR, you would have fair chances to get admission. All the best.
