Everything I’ve seen, read, and been told is that your cumulative, three-digit score is the most important! A 5 on the AWA is respectable (anything above a 4 seems to be) and a 5 on IR is serviceable. All in all, congrats on a great score! I don’t think anyone would fault you for taking a step back and being very happy with your latest outcome. The only thing I’d assess is if you think you can improve your score to push you into the 99th percentile (760+), while also attaining the AWA/IR scores you know you can hit.

I think you've crossed that hurdle. You've got an excellent overall score (which is most important) and high enough section scores. I would not recommend retaking just to increase those AWA and IR scores. Hope that helps!
