Background - I want/have to write my 2nd GMAT in 25 days! I gave my GMAT earlier this month and scored a 600 Q46V27!
My problem area is SC & RC. Since I spend a lot of time on these questions, I loose on time and end up rushing the last few questions. This in-turn reduces my accuracy!
Books that I have referred till now:
Quant - Basics - MGMAT, Practice - OG 10, OG 11, OG 13
SC - Basics - MGMAT, Practice - OG 10, OG 11, OG 13
CR - Basics - Powerscore CR, Practice - OG 10, OG 11, OG 13
RC - Basics - GIN (other GMATclub tips & tricsks), Practice - OG 10, OG 11, OG 13
Question - For my preparation for round two, what do I concentrate on? more practice exams? or brush on concepts by referring other books? or redo OG 13?

Start off with MGMAT SC guide, make notes and revise them again and again. Treat SC like maths, if you know the formula(in SCs case the rule) you know the answer.
Solve official problems, if you get time, solve the problems in the SC section here.
Redo OG thoroughly, each and every question especially the part which you feel is weak.
Loosing on time and rushing through the questions is a clear indicator of your lack of practise, I would advice you to take up a good number of tests to improve on this part.

Looks like you need to improve your verbal score. I would mix up your sources a bit.
Try ron's Thursday's webinars for sentance correction.
Try egmat free webinars on CR and SC for some help as well.
Might also want to read the economist or some English broad sheets to help you get a good feel of the likely language you can use.
You also might be able to improve your maths score as well...as its already at a good level.
