For how long Harvard university keep our score card with them ? For instance, I send my application after 1 year of sending the score card of GMAT , do I need to send it again ? And is this time period same for all b-schools ?

Most schools use your GMAT score till it's valid i.e 5 years. If you have sent your official scores once and you plan to apply anytime between the 5 year period, you don't have to send the scores again. Hope this helps...

Every school will keep your GMAT official report with them for the entire 5 years (since you took the exam) of its validity. If you send a score report to any school within this duration, you do not need to send it again within this period, even for different applications across years to the school.
