Ivey is allowing applications without GMAT score , I am in mid way of GMAT prep and in a dilemma whether to apply ivey now or later because if i invest time in application then my gmat prep will be affected.

B.E civil engineering from Government College of engineering - 7.7 CGPA -College sports captain -won five medals in interzonal tennis and swimming competition -active alumni member of UAE chapter -placement coordinator
M.tech structural engineering - VIT University Vellore - 8.65 CGPA with one journal publication and four conference publications.
-did my research in CSIR India -recruited on campus (Kirby building systems) -An active member of the alumni UAE chapter
Work Ex:
1) IIT MADRAS - PROJECT OFFICER -3 Months (contractual )
2) Kirby building systems Hyderabad - Design engineer for Middle east projects - 1 year 7 month
3) Mabani steel- Dubai, UAE - Proposal and estimation engineer (Pre-sales) - 3.2 years.
Total ex: around 5 years

The decision would primarily depend on which other schools you are considering. The reason being for those you might need a GMAT either ways.
Further it would also depend on what stage of preparation are you in? If you are in the final stages and have your mock scores which are above the class average, you might then think of applying with your GMAT score as it would then strengthen your application.
