I took my GMAT Online Exam on Sept 25th, 2022. As we have an option of sending the scores to 5 universities for free for 48 hours after receiving the official score report, I chose my 5 universities and sent it within the 48Hr window.
However, I see that it has been shared with only 2 universities and 3 of them are just MISSING. I double-checked after submitting, and I got the pop-up notification that it has sent to all the universities I had chosen, but now it's nowhere to be seen.
I have written to Examity - They say they can't help as it's probably a glitch in the system.
I raised a ticket and contacted GMAC via phone - They say they can't help either since GMAT online scores come under Examity.
I'm super disappointed that I'd have to pay an additional $105 for no fault of my own. I am going to have to since I am not getting any resolution from any customer care.
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else on this forum and if you got a resolution for it?

To start, have you actually sent in an application to each of the 5 Schools that you granted access to your Official Score Report? I ask because a couple of things have to happen before a School will even look at your Report. First, you have to apply. Second, the School's Reps have to decide that they want to invite you AND then access your Report to confirm that your GMAT Score matches the information in your application. If all 3 of those steps have not occurred (yet), then it's possible that the access for those 5 Schools actually was granted - but that 3 of them haven't logged into check your Report (and that might be what the information from Examity is actually trying to convey).
Can you confirm the information that you accessed (by including a screenshot of what you saw)?
