I am planning to give the gmat since the past few months but because of work i have just been delaying the examination. & now there are only 38 days left for the GMAT. So now i have taken a sabbatical. With 38 days to go what should be my best study plan?

Keep 23 days for studying concepts and last 15 days for taking mocks and ironing out any weak topics. 38 days with a full time study schedule will definitely give you an advantage compared to a part time work and part time study schedule so go full throttle.
Will also advise to purchase any online program which might help you better manage a study schedule and give some motivation as you'll progress along the course.
