All , I am planning to take up GMAT in FEB-2026 ... I have around 4M of prep time and i can devote daily 4-5 hrs.Any suggestions / Recommendation as how to go ahead with my GMAT Prep. I am getting back to study table after 2006 ( Engineering passing out Year) .So far my plan1- Familiarise myself with GMAT format,Patterns etc2- Watch Gmat Ninja Videos on various topics that cover Quant, verbal and DI so get little bit more insight.3- Start prep using GMAT Prep Course for 4 Months by egmat/Mangoosh/GmatWhiz/Expert Global .Would love to hear from members if above is right approach or i need some tweaking .Also would it be recommended to spend some time say weekly 2-3 hrs on application process basics.
I’d recommend covering all your fundamentals within the first 2 months, since most of us typically need another 2 to 3 months to practice those concepts and work on improving test-taking strategies. I personally used the
Manhattan Prep books to build my foundation. You can check those out or go for a short-term course from any well-known prep company.
Once you’re through with the basics, GMAT Club can be your go-to resource for the remaining prep to practice, refine your approach, and get test-day ready.
