Hello, AbdAllah001, and welcome to the community. I agree with what has been written above. From a personal perspective, I have not gone through any Magoosh videos, so I cannot comment on them; I know Manhattan Prep to be thorough, to the point that some students have said they learned way more than they needed on the actual exam. (Keep in mind, you will see just 14-16 SC questions, and only so many points can be tested within such a small pool of questions.) Not to add to the confusion, but you may also want to check out some of the SC videos on YouTube by GMATNinja. Many students have sworn by these mini-lessons in their debriefs. In short, it may, in fact, be best to explore your options.
