thank you! I did this yesterday, the ticket was automatically closed with a NPS survey followed. I resubmitted the ticket again, hope they pay attention this time.

Sorry about this. Quite annoying and a big disruption to be turned away.
It takes their system about 24 hours to process no-show and correctly appear, so you will have to wait at least 24 hrs. However, they should provide a reschedule option at no cost.

I’m really struggling here and need some advice or support. I showed up on time for my GMAT exam, but the test center’s palm scanning machine wasn’t working. I waited for two hours, only to be told to go home and that they would reschedule. Now, I’ve been marked as a “no show” even though I was there and followed all instructions. I’ve tried contacting support but keep getting bounced around with no answers, and it’s been over 24 hours with no resolution.

I’m feeling frustrated, stressed, and stuck because I need to take this exam ASAP. Has anyone else faced something like this? How did you get it resolved? Any advice or help would mean the world to me right now.

In the past, I also had to connect with the customer service team at GMAC. It took me a total of 5 days to get the resolution.

Initially, you will have to submit the ticket, which takes about a day or two to get a response from the team. Most of the time, email is their first priority. They will reach out to you automatically. Just make sure that you provide them with the required details beforehand so that you can avoid going back and forth, which only adds to resolution time. It can be a little frustrating but you will get the resolution.
