if u r preparaing from forums like gmat club, official mock and gmat club mock score are more than the real exam, as the question structure are similar to what you would have practiced here.

my take is that, give mocks to improve the time management and strategy

Should I start with an average one and keep best one in the middle or at last?

see buddy - mocks cannot be reset multiple times only 2ce - so all you can see is questions - which you will get on gmat club also

That’s question adaptivity - and that’s 100% there but for section adaptation I don’t think that’s true
