Hi bmears5594,
Many GMATers who take the At-home version of the Exam receive their Official Scores in 2-3 days (although some have to wait up to a week and in some cases even longer). Currently, GMAC limits each Test-taker to just 2 attempts at the At-home Exam, so since you've already taken it once you have just one more opportunity to take the GMAT in that format. This is meant to say that you might not want to 'rush in' to take the Exam if you not scoring close to your Goal Score on your practice CATs/mocks.
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How did you score on your Official GMAT (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
2) How long have you studied so far? How many hours do you typically study each week?
3) What study materials have you used so far?
4) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
5) What is your overall goal score?
6) What School(s) are you planning to apply to and what are the specific application deadlines for each?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
