Ok so I can pick a few bars/restaurants. So it is agreed we will meet on Sunday April 27th right?

I'm somewhat new to manhattan myself, but I know a few places to go to. What time would you all like to meet?

I say not too late, I vote for afternoon.
blackbelt, pick a place, though I prefer downtown...

Downtown is fine. Uylesses or trinity, although I don't know whether these are open on Sunday. I heard Uylesses and that whole area opens up the street in the summer. I could give them a call.

Uylesses open on Sunday till 3am, I called.

Ok, we have these three suggested places. Let's vote.

230 5th

Uylesses
https://newyork.citysearch.com/profile/3 ... sses_.html

Trinity Place
https://newyork.citysearch.com/profile/4 ... place.html

Though I have never been, I vote for Uylesses

Ya i just called Uylesses too. open til 3am... haha thats just crazy for Sunday night! especially since downtown is dead on the weekends.

Il go to either the place on 5th or Uylesses. Il let you guys decide.

Afternoon- early dinner seems good to me.

Lets take a vote

230 and 5th or Uylesses?

Just to be clear , it's 230 5th avenue, not 230th st and 5th avenue. The cross streets are 26th st and 5th avenue in Manhattan, right at the northwest corner of Madison Square Park. And it is really a great place to have a cocktail...or several...despite the prices. It does have indoor seating, if worst comes to worst. So 4 PM? Are we decided? I am very excited to meet all of you, incidentally...how will we know one another? Should I wear a rose in my jacket lapel??

Have fun hanging out. But please be careful to avoid discussing CR and SC questions that are pertaining to nuclear fission, sun's hydrogen, or radiation decays. These questions may raise suspicions among NYkers especially when discussed by a group of people that might include non native english speakers, and/or non-whites.

We did take pictures! But I think Walker was flying out to the West Coast today, so you must be patient - I doubt he's had time to load them up. Nice crowd, BTW. Lots of smart, interesting folk...typical GMATclubbers, really...
