Hi, I purchased this pack. However, I won't do Gmatprep 1-2 tests. (I did them on another computer)

So on my new computer, none of the 4 tests are done so far. I'll do only 3 and 4. Will I get questions from 1 or 2?

I wanted to upgrade to new GMAT Prep software's latest version for GMAT Prep Exam Pack1

GMATPrep® software v2.2.317 or later.

My question is what happens to the older data in my current software?
I have already completed the GMAT Prep Ques Pack1, will all responses be erased?

That did not happen to me with the latest upgrade. It was only the software/program files. The questions and history remained the same.

Thanks for the question! Your history will be saved when you upgrade the software. Below are the instructions:

To upgrade the free GMATPrep to version 2.2.317:
Please uninstall GMATPrep® if currently installed – if you have history data (exam scores, practice question sessions etc.) that you want to carry into the new install, make sure you click [No] when asked if you want the uninstall process to remove all data. Then re-install the latest version (v 2.2.317) which is available for download on mba.com: www.mba.com/gmatprep
To install the exam pack, please follow the steps listed below:
1. Before installing the exam pack, close the GMATPrep® application
2. Download the .gsp file from the mba.com store and save it locally
3. Run the Exam Pack file by double clicking on it
4. The GMATPrep® application should open and you will be presented with a message telling you that the Exam Pack was successfully installed; you will also be automatically taken to the Installed content screen. Click OK
5. You now need to activate your installed content, click the green Activate chevron and follow the on-screen instructions, you will need the 18-digit activation code located in My Product Purchases on www.mba.com.

Hello,

You can install GMATPrep additional content, such as a Question Pack or Exam Pack, on up to three computers, but they all must have the basic GMATPrep software installed. However, since the software is not web-based, each installation will run independently of the others.

But how about Gmat prep question collections in this forums?. Do they include Exam Pack 1? I really want to practice them but i'm afraid that it will make me waste Exam Pack 1 which i have bought before. And i didn't see expired day of Exam Pack 1. It means that i can use it forever?

Hello,

These are not official question collections that GMAC produces, so we cannot comment on overlap with our official products. To your note about expiration, the GMATPrep Exam Pack 1 and Question Pack 1 do not expire. However, the 18-digit activation codes can only be activated three (3) times. Once the 18-digit code has met the maximum activation requirements, you will need to deactivate the exam/question pack from one of the other devices in order to install and activate on a new machine. Please note: the content can only be deactivated from a device where it is currently installed and active.

Hey,

I have accidently hit "Try selected again" when I meant to just review the question, and now I get this one one question as a "session" in the dropdown menu, can I simply remove it somehow?

Hi

What's the overlap between the questions in Exam Pack 1 new (you are selling now) and the ones in the Exam Pack 1 I bought in December last year?

I ve taken alreayd 2 reset CATs in my exmap pack 1 so I am thinking of purchasing another pack if the questions are different.
