GMATPrep licenses getting deleted from MAC post restart 01 Dec 2017, 01:16

My GMATPrep licenses are getting deleted from the software every time I restart my laptop and now the packs won't even activate, did anyone else face the same issue ? Please help, have my GMAT very soon.

Thanks man, I have shared a mail with them but considering that a weekend is coming up, I am not that much optimistic about it :'(.

Hi. They are no longer actively managing/responding to questions on GMAT Club so you will have to go through the official channels/help line.
P.S. GMAC says that they allow 3 installs of each license so potentially the software was activated 3 times, at which point you have exceeded the activation options.
Sounds like a big glitch and a big issue.... but I never heard of this one before so don't know how to fix it either :(

I'm not very sure about this, and I hope I'm wrong, but from what I've seen (with my students), customer care will not do anything to fix this.

The sooner the GMAC shifts GMATPrep online, the better.

I was finally able to get through to them, I have a session planned for 9:00 PM IST. Hopefully it will get resolved today itself. Thank you all for your help.
