Currently, IR does not seem to play a major deciding role in MBA Admissions. Schools still mainly look at your complete quantitative and verbal scores(out of 800) to make decisions about your admissions. So, it might not be a making or breaking factor.

Hi,

I understand Ir does not play key role in admissions, but, is there any minimum cut off score? After taking 3 GMAT practice tests, i could improve my IR timing(from answering 7 to 10 Questions in 30 mins), however, I am unable to improve correctness of my answers. One major problem i am facing is that out of 3 Yes/No Questions that are part of a single question, i get 1 at least wrong making the score 0 for that particular question. Does GMAT scoring not consider the number of correct answers in each individual question when calculating score?
