After some digging and formatting, here it is 
393 PS questions from the GMATPrep software!
2 sets for each of the practice tests.
A few of the questions lack answer choices/diagrams.
But you maybe able to find answer/diagram to those using the search function here, or by using google.
There are more than 600 GMATprep PS discussion threads here at GMATClub, shouldn't be too difficult to find the questions by extracting a few keyword from the question to search for answer/diagram??
