Hi,

will I lose my purchases(i have bought two exam packs) if I try to install gmatprep software on another computer? How many computers in all can I install it in at a time? I will be going out of town on a project, my gmatprep software is installed in my desktop and my home laptop, but I will be using another laptop to study when I will be out of station. So if I install the software in the laptop, will I be able to access all my past data/purchases(exam packs etc?). Already dropped a email to mba.com, but just putting it out here too

If I remember correctly, you can install a question pack or an exam pack on up to 3 computers, so you should be fine there. However, there is no "sync" between installations, so if you're taking one test from an exam pack, take the second on the same machine as the first.
