I understand that Goizueta sends a lot of alumni to consulting firms. I see that most placement is in the South. How is the school for consulting jobs in NYC (whether or not the jobs are MBB is irrelevant, but the base salary should be around $150K).

The class of 2019, has had 22 out 168 go to Northeast. Traditionally the New York offices are some of the most competitive consulting placements, just FYI.

As per my knowledge, we do have some alums who moved to NYC for consulting jobs post MBA. Although many consulting firms have offices in Atlanta, I believe if you try making connections with alums of NYC location, it shouldn't be difficult to get NYC post MBA. I would also do a LinkedIn search to find NYC Consulting Emory alums and talk to them.
