Oh, yeah. Didn't notice that you asked about work experience.

With a 3.26 and other jobs and bla bla bla, and a balanced 700-something score, you should be clear on the academic side.

That's only about a third of the formula for most b-schools. There's you as a person, and you as a professional. Without any work experience, you're going to come short as a professional.

Thanks for some insight. I'm just not sure how much any of this matters. I've been considering law school too and addmissions there is a straight numbers game, either your in or your out, the person matters only in like .5% of all admission decisions, or to pull people off the wait list at the last minute. I'm not sure how heavily B-school admissions weigh these things as well in comparison.
