Hi..
This discussion requires information of your detailed profile and your choices with priorities.
Anyway, below are my suggestions -
1. 1 year MBA if you are highly experienced, Know what you want to do, Clear about goals, Want to go back to work soon. 2 year MBA is preferred for young people with 2-5 years of experience, want to try different industries, want to have internships.
2. France and Singapore have schools such as Insead, NUS, HEC which are considered in top rankings globally. German schools are low ranked. Countries - US, UK are good as you don't have to learn a new language, which is required in Europe. Choice between countries depend on your post mba goal, school Fit.
3. Nowhere
mostly secure in your nation, then immigrants friendly nations, then others.
4. It depends from school to school. How much you can invest and what do your expect.
General advise: shortlist schools with your profile fit, aligned with goals, which can really help you in what you want to do in future. Consider other factors later on.
