The prompt says it all. They want to know anything. Personally, I would talk about my diverse upbringing and connect it with my long term goals while throwing my immigration story in the middle and the adversity I faced. Write what you are passionate about.

I have only started outlining. I have found it challenging but I agree with hailmary, I am going to try to tie together some life experiences to my career goals and decision to pursue an MBA. At least that's what I am going to attempt to do
