So basically I have taken 2 classes pass/fail and have had to withdraw from a couple of classes. The bad part is that I'm only a sophomore and I'm worried that all this will look really bad since it's in such a small period of time. Other than that, I've had mostly all "A"s and "A-s" with a couple of Bs, but I'm really scared that these 4 classes will kill my shot at decent business schools.
If I completely turn it around my junior and senior years, do I still have a shot at good schools or will these classes really hurt me?

I failed a couple of classes and have a D or two. Yes, it sucks and does impact grad school admissions, but no it won't completely kill them. Focus on doing well, and the rest will fall into place. Don't worry about things you can't control. Kick ass the rest of the way (ie. don't wind up with a 2.5 gpa), get a good job, crush the GMAT, and then worry about which schools to apply to.
