OMG, just got the call from Dana. IN off the waitlist!!! good luck to those you still waiting!!! look for a 617 phone number

We were supposed to receive an update from Dana "early" this week. I haven't heard anything yet. Did anyone get an update from Dana this week?
Have then forgotten about the waitlisters?

I doubt HBS has forgotten about us waitlisters - I'm really impressed with how transparent they have been with the application process so far, and think we'll just need to be patient and have faith that they are carefully reviewing our applications to make decisions as soon as they can. Keep your head up guys, and good luck!!

First post but have certainly benefited from updates posted by others here so figured I would share: I received an email yesterday afternoon from Dana with an invitation to the summer waitlist.

Dana's email mentioned that "the waitlist is streamlined now - around 40 candidates" and that HBS "will be making offers to fill-in gaps if / when admitted candidates have a change of plans." They asked for a response to the summer WL by next Tuesday the 29th.

Good luck to everyone still waiting!

So they waitlisted you last year and are keeping you on the list this year? Has HBS done this before?

No, I was waitlist after R2 this year, and received an email this past Thursday from Dana asking if I'd like to remain on the waitlist through the end of June. Not clear from her email how many additional offers will be extended.
