Wow. Fantastic Job! Congratulations!
There are a few thoughts on this and how to trade off a scholarship vs. rank:
https://gmatclub.com/forum/picking-a-sc ... 58227.htmlhttps://gmatclub.com/forum/value-of-a-t ... 13365.htmlI would quote one person who happened to graduate from HBS (which I did not graduate... not even admitted, not even applied since HBS does not have R3 and that is the time this "brilliant" founder of GMAT Club decided to apply but this is beyond the point

), anyway, back to the point - Students make HBS rather than HBS making the students. The reason HBS grads can get a lot of the jobs is because they are so accomplished and so capable. Sure, having HBS name opens a lot of doors and is the ultimate trump card but do you need it and are you willing to pay for it?
A bit more specific: In general, I would say having a unique networking opportunity is kind of like one of those "free flight certificates" - some are great and some are complicated... many sound amazing but when it is time to use them, there are no seats, or not going where you need it and then it expires. So it really depends on the opportunity and you being able to use it... You get a lot of networking opportunities being a part of the school network alone so this is somewhat incremental.
In terms of scholarship and money - that's huge. This can mean being slightly inconvenienced with shortage of $$ or depressed during your school under the burden of the loan.
This ultimately comes down to Risk vs. Reward. Are you willing to risk for a potentially greater play with HBS's name, knowing you have the best possible thing, all that #1 stuff... OR are you feeling that you don't need the ultimate and even if you get it, you may not be able to leverage it to get the value (salaries from M7 and HBS are pretty similar by the way) so would you get the job you are looking for with an M7 potentially? I can say that you would likely get dinged from MBB at HBS just as you would at M7 so school will hardly matter if you can't deliver during the interview. Where HBS will shine is in more unique, exclusive, and niche opportunities. However, it will be really up to you to pursue them - HBS Career services does not lose sleep about bringing employers to campus and they don't need to really ... it is a hard question everyone kind of answers on their own.
P.S. Here is a funny test - if you are a crypto investor for HBS. Otherwise, M7 + a bunch of money
