Profile # 12 - Applicant Lab
Demography – Indian Engineering Male – 26 years old
Education – One of the IITs, GMAT – 750
Work Experience - Hired as an engineer at a global / multi-national food / beverage / snack company. Was sent to work at a plant in a country that has a notoriously difficult language and a culture that is famous for being hostile to foreigners. Became fluent in the language; began engineering improvements at one factory. Later promoted to internal role overseeing improvements in several factories. Currently leading a major strategic initiative in 10+ factories in 5+ countries.
Extra-Curricular – To help facilitate relationships with co-workers who were originally cold / distant, established lunch-hour sessions on Indian culture and also conducted creative English lessons for his co-workers who were eager to learn it.
Post MBA Goals – Short term – go back to pre-MBA employer; Long-term – hoped to one day lead Indian division of this company

Wow! Pretty impressive profile. First I was wondering if "nothing" was also an option but reading it, seems like it was a really cool guy. Learning a foreign language is quite a fit, esp one that is challenging and closed. Pretty awesome candidate!

Having to pick two, I picked Harvard and Stanford ... but suspect he may have been four for four.
