Following are the scores from the GMAT mocks that I have attempted till date:
1) GMATPrep1: 630 Q48 V28 IR7
2) VeritasPrep1: 630 Q46 V31 IR5
3) VeritasPrep2: 570 Q40 V29 IR6
4) GMATPrep2: 710 Q51 V34 IR7
VeritasPrep 2 was a disaster. I found the paper to be extremely difficult due to which I panicked, got anxious and messed it up.
Also, I have not been able to finish the verbal part in any of the exams. So, the scores are with a penalty. For example, in GMATPrep 2, I only attempted 34 in verbal. How heavy is the penalty?
My verbal target is V40 and I have 3 weeks to my GMAT. I plan to take 3 more mocks before the main exam. GMATPrep 3 and 4 and a free one (economist, manhattan, gmatclub, any recommendations?)
Any help in improving my verbal score is highly appreciated.

I'd recommend figuring out why you're running behind on time in the Verbal section. Are you using a timing plan? (There's one in this article: https://www.manhattanprep.com/gmat/blog ... nt-part-3/) Is it a particular type of problem that's taking a long time? The size of the score penalty depends on how well you were doing before you ran out of time, but it can be pretty substantial, so you ideally want to finish the whole section.

I am also swinging on the same boat. Last test score 700 (Q 48, V 37) GMAT Prep. Can you share what prep material are you using? At this point of time, going through each set of OG problem is beneficial. They are very structured and the answer can be analysed from GMAT club. I too have an exam in 3 weeks from now.
