help me to get over 650

Question

Hi, I am stuck at GMAT mock score at 650 twice. Can't understand what I am not doing. I do review question-answers too. Please help me out.
Target is 710-750

my scores were approx Q47-50 and V45-47 every time. I think I'm neither strong nor weak in a particular section. That's why I am having difficulty making a plan.
