Your score (330) is below-average (the average GMAT score is right around 540-550 most years), but you haven't provided any information about how you studied, so there's no way to really assess your situation yet. I have a few questions that I'm hoping that you can answer:
1) How long have you been studying?
2) What materials have you used during your studies?
3) How were you scoring on your practice CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
The GMAT is a predictable, standardized Test, so you CAN train to score at a high level. Thankfully, Business Schools don't care if you take the GMAT more than once, so doing so is not a problem. We have to define how you studied this first time though, so that we can fix it before you retake the GMAT.
