Please anyone help me to solve the following question. Thanks!

The question is quite straightforward :

Just substitue 5 for r in the given equation

5x + 5y = 4x + 8y

x = 3y

If y = 21, x = 63. But 63 is not one of the options
If y = 32, x = 96. ANSWER
