Hi All,
I have question to all those people who have used either KAPTEST (10 KAPLAN online test) or MGMAT Test or both.
I have taken couple of both and i realised a big discrepancy in my scored and from what I am reading on the forum.
In KAPLAN i have scored in range from 620 to 650 and in MGMAT in slightly lower range around 630.
Now going with the debriefs of lot of people on different forum people who have taken KAPLAN test are scoring much higher that their respective KAPLAN scores. But MGMAT seems to be very close to real GMAT though a bit tougher. The only solution i see to arrive at the real picture is take a GPREP. But i want to postpond it for some more time.
Does anyone has an idea on what might be happening? I am feeling really nervous after these score. Goes without saying that the section that is killing me is Verbal.

I haven't taken any Kaplan tests. However, I have taken the Manhattan prep tests. I used the 6 Manhattan Tests to track my progress and to zero in on my weaknesses. I didn't use it to approximate my GMAT test score.
However, from my experience, I think it's safe to assume that the quant and verbal scores in the real GMAT will be two points higher than the quant and verbal raw score in the Manhattan Test.

Don't give too much thought to the test scores of other brands. Only look at how many questions you are able to get correct. The only test scores ou should look at are the official Gmatprep software ones.
