My questions are:
1 - Is it ok to use that? considering it does not come directly after what it is trying to modiy
2 - What is its antecedent? What is it trying to modify here?
Because i think correct use of that require it to be placed close to the noun itself or a noun following another modifying phrase. Little help here??
