If you're getting stuck on verbal, you have to pinpoint why you're getting the verbal questions wrong. You might not be able to figure it out on your own. Chances are, if you're averaging 680-690, you're not going to break 700 on the test - psychology/pacing have a lot to do with it. And if verbal is your weakness, you'll see your verbal score drop due to jitters and your overall score is going to be affected greatly. Verbal is most sensitive when scores are in the upper 600 range - to break it you'll need to get very high on verbal. Which section is your weakness? If you can't figure it out, find an expert to pinpoint it for you.

Best of luck.
