Work rate of Trump is given. No relation between Trump and Hillary is given.
INSUFFICIENT.

From S2:

The efficiency of both is given. No extra info.
INSUFFICIENT.

Combining both:

Trump takes 8 days. Hillary takes 16 days.
SUFFICIENT.

C is the answer.

We have to find x where Job = hx

Statement 1. 4h + 8t = Job, insufficient.
Statement 2. t = 2h, insufficient.
Combining 1 and 2:

4h + 16h = Job= 20h, x=20. Sufficient so C

h-> efficiency of Hillary
t-> efficiency of Trump

First Statement: Mr. Trump finishes the remaining work in 8 days.

We don't know how much work Hilary has completed in 4 days, So we can't know how much work Mr. Trump finished in 8 days

Not suff.

Second Statement: The working efficiency of Mr.Trump is double that of hillary

Since, we don't know the amount of work completed by Trump, efficiency of Mr. Trump is not sufficient.

Not suff.

Combining (1) + (2)

We know efficiency of Trump is double of hilary , if Trump finishes some work in 8 days , hilary will take 16 days.

So, option C is correct.

(1) No information bout hillary's rate; Insufficeint.

(2) No rate of Trump's is given. Insufficient.

Considering both:

No Calculation is required. Trump does the by half of the rate of Hillary. Trump does in 8 days then hillary would take 16 days. Sufficinet.

The answer is C.
