So here comes my turn to share! Initially I thought taking the GMAT at home will be easier, but my experience was horrible.
First, i was stuck on the starting screen for an hour, instead or around 15 minutes(which was frustrating) I have not been contacted by anybody and my exam started and then i was contacted by different proctors 4 times during the exam, 3 of which during quant. First they called, and i said my exam started and time is running. Then 2 chat messages from different people and one more call! Horrible, considering the time it takes to respond, and then focus on the problem again. At some point I thought there is no point to continue, since it all went wrong, my morale was on the floor. During the break I went to the bathroom which probably I wasn't supposed to do, but considering the long wait at the start and the overall frustration, i didn't even think to ask the who ever was the Proctor. Emailed GMAT customer support almost immediately saying this is not acceptable and asking for a refund/retake at no additional cost. All of this happened a few hours ago, so waiting for their response and still oh so pissed.
Thanks for attending my ted talk
