How Long Did it Take You to Get Your GMAT Online Score? [POLL]

Question

Many applicants report different waiting time periods for the GMAT Online Scores. While GMAC promisses 7-business day turn around (originally it started as 7 days by the way), they do seem to take longer for some of the applicants. From various feedback, the wait times seem to vary between 3 days and 30 days. The longer wait times are fairly rare and uncommon. However, let's see what the real results and wait times are!

This topic is designed to poll people to get a sense for the average waiting time to get a GMAT-Online Score back.  
Please note that the poll is in business days since GMAC makes that distinction.

Thank you  bb  for the great poll, hope to see more of a consensus on the true average amount of time it takes GMAC to process the scores. From what I have read, it seems that it is possible that when only the online whiteboard is allowed, there were quicker turnaround times since less people wanted to take the exam. After the physical whiteboard has been allowed, the test definitely got more popular and might led to longer processing times.

Was wondering if anyone took the Online GMAT recently - am looking to get a sense of how long it's going to take to get my score back! I took it last week (Wednesday, January 06 at 10 am CT) and am still  anxiously  waiting!!

😬 here you go: https://gmatclub.com/forum/no-score-aft ... 45268.html We don’t technically know what causes shorter or longer wait times. It is seems to be individual dependent rather than driven by external factors such as volume or timing of the test. Back in June when GMAC started allowing taking the test with the physical whiteboard, we have seen people who took the test on the same day and around the same time get their results three days apart. One person got the results within three days and the other had theirs back in six calendar days.... but maybe we will spot some patterns.... Posted from my mobile device

There is no information about the cancellation procedure for the scores of an Online GMAT exam. I would like to confirm whether it is possible for me to cancel the unofficial score once I receive the score or not? How do I cancel the score for my Online test? Please let me know the exact process as its nowhere mentioned on the website.

I gave my Online GMAT on the 16th of January 2022 and haven't received my official score as of yet. I am panicking because my AWA section didn't go well so I really want to look at the score to decide the next steps. Is there anyone who gave the test around the same time and has received their score?

There is no correlation between the time of taking the test and when you will get your result unfortunately. 
However, the standard wait time is 14 business days (3 weeks basically). Usually you will hear back sooner but in some cases you will get flagged for secondary review unfortunately and then it can take up to a month or two.

I took my GMAT online on 9th March at 10:00 AM and got my official score report at 11 PM on the same day! I was quite surprised when I got the email. Because as far as I know, even according to the GMAC website, it usually takes 7 to 20 business days to get the official score report. I am curious if anyone else has got the official score report that fast.
