Hi, I took the GMAT Online test on Tuesday January 5th. According to the website the score should come in within 7 business days. Today is the 7th business day and I still haven’t heard anything. I need the score to apply this Friday so it is quite scary. Should I just keep waiting or would it help to give GMAC a call?

Call GMAC to enquire about the issue.

It's important.

Usually they are sending scores within 4 days in case of an online GMAT attempt

Hi, have you tried calling the customer care numbers? You could go to mba.com and chat with the customer care. hope this gets resolved soon.

Update, I managed to get someone on the line from GMAC. They could only tell me that it was likely that I got selected for an additional review which may take up to 20 additional days. Which is a bit uncalled for in my opinion as I did not even use a physical whiteboard, thus I looked at the screen the entire time, so there should not be much suspicious activity. Anyway tomorrow I will call the admission office and ask them if I can send my score later, as that seems to be the only thing I can do..

This is the second time I am doing the GMAT Online btw, first time I got the score within 2 days and got a 670, but I am aiming for 700+

UGH. Sorry about that. Hopefully the person on the phone was wrong!
OR... hopefully you got such a high score that GMAC does not want to give it without additional review (which 99.9% of these additional reviews do not result in any action)

Hi, the same happened to me. I did the gmat online exam on 6 january and the status is still pending, but I have used a phisical whiteboard

Hi I am in the same situation. I gave my Gmat online exam on 6th Jan, and I am still awaiting my score.

Another update from me, 2 hours before the application deadline, I received my score.
It was above expectations: 740!!
